4 day split

Is this a good 4 day split, arms espec forearms are weakness hence the split and i have tried cashmans aswel:

Chest/Shoulders
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Flyes
Military Press
Lateral Raise

Back/Trap
Deadlift
Bent Over Row
Pulldowns
Shrugs

Legs/abs
Squat
SLDL
Leg Press
Calve Raise
Crunches

Arms
Close Grip Bench
Tricep Pushdown
BB Curls
Hammer Curl
Wrist Curls

all 3 sets each 6-8, big muscles 12 sets, medium 9, 6 small, 3 for traps and forearms

    Dude you seem to switch routines around a lot. Put the arms day before legs
