4 weeks left fancy change on cut diet lol

i dunno why... but anyway.
 
 
 
breakfast----Apple and 2 slice of wholemeal toast and natural whey 40g protein (has 8 essential fatty acids and various others)(51g carbs, 50g pro, 6g fat)
 
45 min cardio about 5 mile. run everyday i weight train. no running on recovery days.
 
home from run----natural whey 40g protein (has 8 essential fatty acids and various others)(3g carbs, 40g pro, 4g fat)
 
1 hours later----banana (12g carb)
 
2 hours later----can of tuna and peas (26g pro, not sure on peas)
 
2 hours later----natural whey 40g protein (has 8 essential fatty acids and various others)(3g carbs, 40g pro, 4g fat)
 
2 hours later---- fish/chicken+ peas and sweetcorn (not sure..)
 
1 hour before bed---- micellar casein 50g protein (slow release if you didnt know, for when you dont eat for over 3 hours)(4g carbs, 50g pro, 1g fat)

Monday, Chest :
5 x Smith Bench flat
5 x Incline Flies
5 x Smith bench decline
 
Tuesday, Legs
5 x Squats
5 x Seated Calf raises 
5 x Leg Press
5 x Leg Extensions
5 x Lying leg curls
 
Thursday, Shoulders + Tris
5 x Military Press
shrugs 15 x 4
5 x Reverse Flys
5 x DB Tricep extension behind head
5 x Tricep Pushdowns
5 x Close Grip full incline
 
Friday, Biceps and Forearms
5 x Close Grip EZ bar curls
5 x Concentration Curls
5 x Lying Incline DB curls
5 x BB curls
5 x Hammer curls
 
Sunday, Back and Lats
5 x Deadlifts
5 x V Bar Pulldowns (In front of head)
5 x DB Rows
5 x Bent Over 2 Arm DB Row
5 x Overhand Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
 
i know you'll want me to reduce amount of weight training, to a 3 or 4 day split but i like it like this. Depends how i feel as to what time i weight train in the day.

    Hi mate

    i dont personally dont like the look of the diet - its very low carb and low fat. No need for it (IMO).  

    veg - id eat lots of green veg instead of pea's - such as broc, spinach, etc . eat a variety of fruit and veg  

    when are you weight training ? why dont you time some carbs around this esp pwo?

    id take slow(er) release protein through the day rather just sticking to whey
     
    it seems to me like you training very hard and not eating much

    i dont like broc or spinach. thats the problem i hardly like very much thats good for me. its all about kebab!
