I saw that keg when you posted it. Great work. It looks quite sharp though where you’ve cut it? How balanced is it ?
sorry for the delay in responding bud, for some reason I can't get in to the progress journal section of the site very often - laptop just hangs (hence my absence and not being able to keep up with anyone other than OX as he's on instagram).
Used a bead of gorilla glue round the open end after I de-burred it.
Balance isn't too bad - empty it is more the closed end, but I have a couple of clamps so you can make it pretty evenly weighted by spacing the plates on the bar. Have used it at 70kg and was fine (think it might be possible to get it to 100kg all in).

hang power clean and front squat (clean+4, clean+4)
70 x 4 sets - missed a few of the cleans - power is not my forte

20s x 12 x 4 sets - this was brutal
cable pull throughs
10x15 x 5 sets
heavy pause OHP
60x3 x 6 sets
seated OHP pin press
22.5x12 x 4 sets
flat DB press (pause each rep at bottom)
22.5x15 x 4 sets
joe complex lat raise thing
4sx10 x 4 sets
12.5x12 x 3 sets
