405 Bench went U Ptonight! VID POSTED!

Granted it was in single ply titan and with a 3" block, but that still a PB for me with the equipment, next goal do it without the block, then without the shirt...which may take a year or so I will post the vid tomorrow from work..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_g5UQbidio

I'm well pleased and think I could press it without the block..its about time my bench took off..AHEM TO BOARD PRESSES!!

    Great lifting

Thats my next target im at 160Kg at the moment,
How much does a bench suit help? at the moment all I use are wrist wraps
This may be a stupid question but why use a block? I realise it shortens the ROM but is it worth doing

Nice going, even the cleaner stopped to let you lift - shame he didn't turn the vacuum cleaner off for a momet though
Got to keep that @rse on the bench though...

They really need to buy a Dyson for that gym - cleans much better.

Nice stuff, pal. Looking forward to a year when you do 4 plates sans shirt/board.
