40kg to play with

If you were given 40kg to play with for your physique, and whatever you choose now became your physique permanently what would you choose?
I mean you can add 40kg or muscle or take away 40kg of fat or something in between 20kg muscle and minus 20kg of fat.

for me I would go for -10kg fat and +30kg of muscle
This would leave me at around 112kg and probably around 12% bf

most people even basic gymgoers would look like total freaks with an extra 40kg muscle.  And there's no way most people could hold on to dem gainz bro.

Dunno. I'm unsure what 40kg of fat or muscle actually looks like.
In leyman's terms, I'd want all the fat off my belly and the corresponding weight added to my chest and shoulders.

I wonder if anyone will say that they want 40kg more FAT only.

Lost how ever much fat it would tale to get me down to 8% bf perminetly. So roughly 5kg.

Then add 8kg of myscle so I'm 85kg.

    Body Weight - 83kg
    Bench - 145kg
    Squat - 190kg
    Clean & Jerk - 129kg
    Snatch - 98kg

Appreciate that this is a spin-off from that "Ten Inches" question.

Might be heresy, but I'll be doing cartwheels when I get down to 100Kgs with all 6 abs on display, that's all the muscle I'll ever need. More, in fact.  While I appreciate Coleman/Cutler etc, I don't actually want to OWN that much muscle permanently.

Now - if you'd said we had the option of losing muscle by reducing training/nutrients (so, it's NOT permanent) , then yeah, adding 40Kg at the right time means being 150Kgs lean, which will make me look monstrous, but I'll just train once a month and eat more like a civilian than a bodybuilder, and glide down catabolically back towards 100Kg, and see what I feel/look like at 110/105 etc.

40Kg is crazy. A scrawny 120lbs kid is gonna look ready for an IFBB card with 40kg of pure muscle added. And you'd have to be grossly obese not to look shredded after losing 40kg of fat.

A reasonably built but far from huge guy like myself, at about 200lbs and ~15%bf on a 5'9" frame, is going to end up at 242lbs @3%bf from adding 30Kg of muscle and losing 10Kg of fat. I'd give Phil a run for his money lol

Couldn't do 20/20 either because I think I'd end up with negative body fat (I and most people for that matter).

    Would not need that much.

    Goal is 220lbs @ 8 / 9% dry (not a carb loaded, watery 8 / 9%) so i would need about 2.5kg fat off and 8kg of muscle.

TBH I wouldn't need, or want, a 40kg turnover. 10kg less fat and 10kg more muscle though would do the world of good! Pass me the crack pipe and I can dream lol
