Re: 40yo - Brand new to workout !
Hi guys !
It is about 2 months that I joined a gym and I'm working out 4 times a week. Following a diet were I added a post workout whey protein and 2 protein snack during the workout day, I finally got something less than 1 stone in less than 2 months.
My weight is now 10st 9lb
