45 mins stationary cycling

is this doing me any good being that it is stationary doing this every morning on the bike where you use the arms backwards / forwards aswell as the cycling

    It should!
    Using arms and legs or just legs shouldn't make a great deal of difference.

    you should cycle to get somewhere it is a hell of alot better if you can do that rather then just cycling stationary. Due to charge of pace and having to keep aware.
