5 x 5 Full Body

How is this routine.. for bulking, thinking 5 x 5 reps..
Any changes appreciated
 
Monday(a)
  • Incline Bench BB (chest and arms)
  • Bent over row BB (back + bi’s)
  • Clean Press (shoulders, back, abs, arms, legs
  • Bicep curl (bi’s)
 
Wed(b)
  • Flat bench BB (chest +shoulders and arms)
  • Over and underarm pull ups / Dips (superset) (back, bi’s and tri’s)
  • Deadlift  (back, bi’s, abs)
  • Squat (legs and core)  
Fri(c)
  • Incline Bench BB (chest, arms)
  • Shoulder press (shoulders)
  • One arm DB row (back and bi’s)
  • Lunges (legs)

    It's not great. Too much upper body work, specifically upper body pushing work, so it's quite imbalanced.
     
    Try working from the standard template of movements per session:
     
    1 lower body movement
    1 upper body push movement
    1 upper body pull movement

    As above. Bread and butter for putting on some Phat mass.
     
    Maybe throw in an isolation at the end with a different rep range. E.g rear delt flyes, barbell curls, dips for 8 x 3
