It's ok actually, in the winter it's more of a problem with a big jumper on like a scene from Rocky 4 against Drago in the snow, I do have a small heater in there does the job, my garage is luckily on the end the lead goes down the garden, one neighbour is ok, the other won't say a word (**** scared of me) don't know why ?

Funny you should say that about neighbours isn't it, Rusev? On one side of me there's a window cleaner. Great honest bloke, you know where you stand with him. The other one is a nerdy geeky accountant who's just got a haorrible, yapping black rat of a dog. It never shuts up and I love shouting over the fence at it to fvck off every given moment I can. He never says anything; I just imagine him cowering in his kitchen until I go back inside lol.

I think Jayboy I tried drag curls and I like the way they feel on my bicep so will probably keep doing them is the simple reason, EZ regular curls aggrevate my wrists and I can do in my garage, may try launch curls next sometimes called Bruce lee curls work bicep and front of shoulder
Ok looking back I did trap bar deadlifts 7 days ago, back still aching so bit mixed feelings today don't want to hit the back hard but excited about using the new gym platform

Friday. 13/07/18. RP Fitness. Back, traps and triceps

Power Cleans. 50x6,6. 70x6,6,6,6,6

Clean pulls 110x6,6,6

Snatch pulls. 85x6,6,6

Lat Pulley. 80x12,12,12,12. it's the eighth block so I just call it 80 k

Dips. 10,10,10

Overhead triceps extension 60x15,15,15,15,15. Again block 6

Tricep Pushdowns. 90x12. 110x12,12,12

Not happy with the dipping station, they got rid of the old one, asked the owner where it was so I could buy it and upgrade in my garage from my walking frame dips but it had been sold

Girl on the lying leg curl doing the exercise ( not resting between sets) playing on her phone !!! Seen it all now, so hard core

RDL, SLDL and good mornings mate are your go to's obviously for hamstrings. Good mornings can be very effective but need a bit of experimenting to hit the hamstrings properly but for a brutal hamstring workout Russian leg curls never fail. Easy to master as long as you are able to find something to anchor your ankles with.

Thanks for the ideas Dav, done lots of Romanian DL in my Olympic days, I'm considering good mornings with Stiff leg standing on a few rubber plates just 2x15 on both with very light weights

Not familiar with russian curls have to check them out

Just checked it out, just different terminology I know them as glute hamstring raise, will try them I can hook them under my dumbbell rack (I hope)

They seem to chuck the word 'russian' into everything these days to make it sound tougher!
