Squat Cleans. 40x5,5. 50x3. 60x3. 70x3. 80x3,3,3,3. Ok nice sharp lifts felt good, just need to build up to a decent weight

Clean Pull. 120x4,4,4,4. 140x2. good

Hack Squat machine. 60x5. 100x5,5,5,5,5. weight easy just never done them before, good substitute for barbell squats

Hack Squats. 60x5. 80x5. 90x5. 100x5. 110x5. 80x12,12. Feels awkward

Power Snatch. 40x5.,5. 50x3. 60x3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3

Snatch Pulls. 90x5,5,5,5,5,5

Shoulder Rehab exercises

Standing BB Push Press. 40x8,8,8

Face Pulls. 20x10,10

Machine Rows. 50x10,10

Rear Delt Machine. 20x20,20

Seated DB Shoulder Press. 5x12. 7x12. 10x12. 12x12.



Power snatch on 40 was all muscle snatches to work on the shoulder (all arms no leg assistance or hip drive)
I did so many sets on 60 power snatches because it took that long for it to feel comfortable, no pain on snatch pulls that why I did so many sets., In two minds about Hacks I think with experimenting with my leg stance I tweaked my goin

I maybe taking a bit of time off training as I got kicked out of the gym tonight, I was training most Friday mornings and the owner wanted me to do a seminar for no payment, nothing confirmed so I went in tonight to say we need to put things on hold as I have been offered overtime at work every Friday until further notice, need the money so obviously I took it, went down tonight to tell him he said the talk is tomorrow, last time I spoke to him was 2 weeks ago so I thought it had gone quiet, no interest, no posters in gym publicising it, all quiet, so didn't think it was happening.

So now need to find gym that does not frown on Olympic lifting dropping weights etc

Gym manager sounds like an odd character. Is this DVs gym? If so they have some funny rules there of late.
 
Probably better off in a more conductive training environment mate.

Yes same gym as DV, Iam going to see a guy about my shoulder who's gym was on the Bawla website. So if I train there, and or even represent them at comp, as they are officially registered my weightlifting membership will be lower, so maybe this has happened for a reason. Will be training in an Olympic gym totally, no machines in site, maybe I can help coach the youngsters

No the reason why I couldn't do the seminar was because I was asked last week if I wanted overtime, every Friday til further notice prob Xmas, he should have said I was sick
