500lb squat at 195lb, 5x5

Just posting a progress vid since I havent in a long while, from my 5x5 squat session last week, my ****test lift is not becoming not so ****, hard work pays off

    Nice strength, do prefer more depth on my squats personally.

    You are a powerlifter?  The one with a ridiculously heavy bench?  If so why train squats that wont pass in a competition?

    I squat lower than that, and I still squat high.

    that is true haha. decided since 5 plates was a nice number and I could almost get full depth at 5x5 I'd stick at that, and work on going deeper over the next 2-4 weeks, as opposed to doing less weight. IMO this is acceptable to do to, call it an ego thing but just felt really good to do 5x5 with 5 plates a side.
