Lower bodyfat/improved condition and noticeable size increase, especially biceps.

Very good work mate, keep it coming.

Have you ever tried the Franco Columbu back widening method?

Looking good.  How do you get pointed biceps like that?  Is it just from lower body fat?

Nice work mate, lost of good improvements, if i had one criticism it would be that based on those pics i'd say you need to do some forearm work.

Triceps need bringing up as overshadowed by biceps, but other than that, good progress.

Start your back workout with Wide Grip chins.
The aim is to do 50 in a session, regardless of how many set/reps it takes to complete it.

    So it may look like
    1 set of 10
    1 set of 8
    1 set of 6 (thats 24)
    1 set of 3
    1 set of 3
    1 set of 3
    1 set of 2
    1 set of 2
    1 set of 3
    1 set of 2
    etc. etc.
All the way up until you reach 50

If you can already do 50, then you should be aiming for 100.

I think it will work well for you, you need to do it for 4 weeks to see results.
Ideally it should be the bread and butter of your back training, alternating with heavy deadlifts every other week.

No, put it at the start of your back workout.
Week A - Start with WG Chins
Week B - Start with Deadlifts

Everyone is crap at chins at the start.
I used to be able to do about 4 chins when I started.
Did that for routine for a few months and I used to be able to do 25 WG chins on my first set. Back was mental and very wide.

Now i'm too heavy, but as I cut, I will work my way back up to it.
