6 pack challenge

ive been bulking for about 5 weeks now, and im getting bigger but my stomach is starting to look a bit wobbly, its not fat but theres no muscle there. Ive never really done situps etc because i find them really boring, but im gonna do them now. The question im asking is, is it possible for me to make much of a difference doing situps every day for 2 weeks?? as i go on holiday in 2 weeks, and i reckon im about 15% bf, also what sort of routine would u recommend for situps???

    Yes your abs will get stronger but it if you train them properly but i'm not sure if it's going to be possible to see the muscle at 15% bodyfat.

    In 2 weeks at 15% you'll not be able to see a 6 pack IMO

    best you can do is cut as much as possible, then have a carb feed before holiday

    As for exercises, try weighted crunches

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
