Hey dude, how was your cycle? When did it kick in for you and got results of weight gain? Strength increases?
I would try and employ a similar routine to what you did whilst on cycle...its a good way to gauge how your PCT is going...You can try and keep the same reps, but as strength falls, can lower the reps on those exercises, all the while, still keep ing the same weight on the bar.
