6 week havoc cycle finished,should i change my routine?

hi guys
Today is my last day of my 6 week havoc cycle,ran it first 2 weeks at 30mg p/w and 4 at 40mg p/w.
Start pct tommorow which is nolva at 60/40/20 and also starting boditronics profusion reloaded to try help keep some stregth and muscle that i have gained.
I have been training 4 days a week doing a upper/lower split,what would be the best way to train now? I increased my reps slightly on the last couple of weeks having read its best to do that then drop the reps down to maybe 5 or 6 to help keep strength during pct.
Should I change to 3 days a week on say a push,pull legs routine to allow a a few more days rest as il be lifting heavy on low reps?
any advice would be appreciated! thanks

    Hey dude, how was your cycle? When did it kick in for you and got results of weight gain? Strength increases?
     
    I would try and employ a similar routine to what you did whilst on cycle...its a good way to gauge how your PCT is going...You can try and keep the same reps, but as strength falls, can lower the reps on those exercises, all the while, still keep ing the same weight on the bar.

    I use to low rep from 10-12 to 6-8 increasing weights (or at least keep the same if I was on strong compound).

    Different ppl have different pct routin approachEs, from keep it the same to change it completely.. Try to dig out what works best for you.

    More impprtant is to maintain the same diet in order to retain gains.

    I would go to a push/pull/legs routine with 4-6 reps to maintain strength and size gains personally
