    hmmmm

have u tried searching for marathon fueling? would be similar i expect

    maybe even google it?

i would suggest high carb low GI food 2 hours before with gentle fueling throughout- possibly snacking on oatcakes and banannas???

i know tennis players nibble banannas throughout a match along with lots of water. dunno if they drink lucosade also?

When will this event take place and will you be filmed?

Lots of complex carbs and carb up the night before. Don't eat too much right before the session as you might get sick. Practice it and see how you cope with it atm.

I know I'd be able to have proper food during a break or two and before it all starts but I don't know about you. What is it you're most worried about??

You can have sips of energy type drinks throughout the sessions or at the break. Can get a couple sugars and some whey in a shake if you want to get your protein in.
