17.00 - 100g pasta + tomato sauce + 200g chicken + peas + sweetcorn
20.00 - 200g chicken + 1 large potato + veg
22.00 - protein shake + handful of nuts and dried fruit

cheat meal every week + couple of pints every week (used to drink 4-5 a day b4 [&:)

300mg deca + 500mg sus every week - just added 60mg anavar ed last week.

i know most ppl advice not to start gear until reaching natural potential - when i was 19 i was 116kg and had tried every diet possible without sticking to it due to impatience
nd then i started training with a mate who introduced me to steroids. we were very uninformed and today i thank god that none of us had abscesses(sp) or shrunken balls forever. i lost 25kg in 14weeks and obviously was ecstatic. anyway broke my arm real bad (plate and 6 pins) and had stop trainin. lost interest and started drinkin and eating like a slob.
which brings me to jan 07 when i started again
3 months in i felt the urge. again i know it's too soon for most but im not 19 anymore im 23 and have researched and read lots and lots b4 taking the plunge. I sorted out my diet because I started taking steroids. not ideal but it did the trick. also i was not prepared to wait 8 months to start seeing results - bodybuilding is what i have at the moment - and work (that's all my life consists of atm). im from malta and live here by myself - bodybuilding's something to do to feel better bout myself rather then spend my money all on d booze nd drugs. ive found something which i love doing which doesnt involve the last 2 vices and im gonna stick to it.
i dont want to be a professional BB (compete) but i want study further maybe in the nutrition scene or personal training. i even c myself owning a gym in d future
anyway that's my life story.
