814 kilo leg press

I have been sent a pic of BB Paul George doing 814 kilos. If anyones interested and can stick it up for me I can send it over. It blows my own PB of 520 kilos away.

Hmm, I wonder if the WC could hold a leg press the most win a tub of protein competition?? What do you think guys?

814 kg that is a sh*t load of weight, how do you get that many plates on a bar or a gym that has 40 20kg plates in it, you used all the 20's and 25's that my gym had when we train together in april.

    What does that mean Johnny?

It looks like he's cheating in that pic by apllying pressure to his legs with his hands also his training partner has his hands on the weights. Still a very good lift!

Although it's not clear (the suns on it) there's a white mark on the rod on the side where the carriage is supposed to come to. That is where full flexation will be (ie: knees as bent as there will be) or 90%.

The red and white stripey things round his legs are a bit of a hint.

But look at them... They aren't really wrapped tightly around his knees. They look like they're draped on his legs for the aestetics - The way he's wearing them, I can't think he'd get much help from them.
