9 Weeks till holiday.........HELP PLEASE

Ok everyone here is my situation, i would appreciate all opinions and help. I am off on my summer holidays August 10th, 9 weeks today and obviously i am looking to get in shape. What i am after is peoples opinions on what supplements i should use bearin in mind i have 9 weeks. Lots of the lads im goin away with as previously mentioned are jumpin straight on the gear however from talkin to members on here and general reading i now realise they are all doing it completely wrong and if anythin will jus bloat up pre holiday....not what im after.

I am currently 74kg. 15% body fat. I have a good shape and am 5ft 8.

Although i recently broke my hand i know i will be gettin back into training sooner than doc said as have worked out exercises i can do without causing to much pain.

I think my best option over the next few weeks is to get my bf% down and cut up. Thou i would like to be bigger current sit means cardio and ab work is a lot easier.

Would i be best to decrease my bf with a good cardio routine? and solid diet? or would i benefit from including a fat burner on top? i think my diet is pretty good however with work schedule often eat late when get home so may need to reduce carbs if eating at 10pm?

Other supplements will use:

Glutamine
Protein. Whey & Blend
Flax Oil
Ammino Acids
Vitamins

anythin else missing?

Thanks all

    hiya mate,

firstly, tell your mates who are 'jumping on the gear' to get in shape for a holiday (wtf?) to catch a grip of themselves! besides not bein in shape they will prob have a **** PCT and serious libido problems so any bit of skirt they pull will be dissapointed when they cant get wood.

Ok for youself, good clean diet and low intensity cardio in the comings weeks will be more than enuf to get you ripped up for your hol.

post up your proposed diet in the diet section of this board and the members here will tweak it for you.

    Your mates are mad.
8 weeks is not a lot of time and to be honest, no supplement is gonna help much. Save your money and just eat clean and hit the cardio hard. Don't expect much though mate, if it could be done in just 8 weeks I wouldn't bother going to the gym the rest of the year.

Yes understand that. Ur right they are mad, they are not even running fast acting steroids I posted on AAS section askin and all said same if guna do it do it right.

Ok thanks, i dont expect miracles, however being 74kg, 15% i have good starting point so was lookin for any supplement help which would cut me up, i know that 8 weeks is long enough to cut up enough & drop % bf....but as u have told me, clean diet and cardio is all i need rather than spending money on silly fat burners etc etc i guess.

    Thanks.

Ps...TGF3. haha, i dont even think they are doin a PCT, ive tried to tell them about it and while i wouldnt wish anythin bad on mates im sure i wont be worrying if im the smallest one out of us all on the beach as they will prob all hav a set of tits and no sex drive

I will post diet up in section soon, thanks for ur reply

i would do look at doing circuit training; make your weights routine compromise of heavy compound exercises; short, intense and regular workouts. cross trainer, rower and running for your cardio.

Yeah, if ur tryin 2 get ur bf% down stick to cardio n weights and a decent clean diet, IMO still keep to lifting heavy, i no sum people who think that if there tryin 2 lose weight, then its light weights n high reps, Never used a fat burner supp b4, but woulden't bother with one IMO. U could lose some weight in 9 weeks if u train hard and don't slack in ur diet, IMO.

Thanks for reply body4life. I am takin advise of many and going for strict training and clean diet. Not guna bother with fat burners etc as @ 15%, 9 weeks is enough time to work hard and get results. Many thanks

you could shift 8Ibs with a strict diet and plenty of cardio. That will make quite an impact. Even a 4Ib loss would give you visible results.

Ditch the supplements IMO, whey and flax can be useful, the others hardly useful, though some will argue Glutamine is useful.

IMO its more about dedication than supps.
