A QUESTION FOR U PRO MEMBERS

I buy the workouts magazines and they all ways say to do for example monday legs and bk. Tuesday cardio and stretching.Wednesday chest shoulders. Thursday cardio and stretching.Friday biceps triceps do u guys think this is the best way to go about it. Cause i notice on here alot of u do biceps back chest triceps. Im doin that also myself was just wonderin if the way the magazines say is the complete correct way or would u disagree with them just curious as to why they say this in all workout mags. Let me know cheers

    Im a Olympian member. Not yet pro, but my advice take them mags back and ask for a Maximum Refund. Their worth sh!t in my opinion ...

    throw them away or else you'll end up like me when I first started, I wasted and overtrained my first year

    Agreed, magazines a load of b*ll*cks

    And don't judge members on their "Pro Member" status, this just reflects their posts, nothing else
