Out of those Chinese as long as its a decent one. I don't eat dominoes since having proper Italian pizza in Rome. Local pizza blace here does great pizzas though

even more teasing questions!

1) are you dieting for something?
2) how long have you been dieting for?
3) when did you first pick up 'cheat meals' and their use?
4) do you spend the whole week looking forward to this meal?
5) do you often over eat and feel guilt after?
6) how often do you leave having a cheat meal when starting a diet plan?
7) how much weight have you actually lost so far before the cheat meal?
8) is it just to give you something to look forward to or do you actually fear your metabolism has stalled?

Changed eating life style 3 years ago used to weigh 14 stone with 20+ bf  dieted down to 11 and half stone 10% bf  had a break for roughly 8 months reached 15% bf started back recently always used cheat meals as i believe it doesn't affect your weight loss / goals i don't believe in cheat days as i do feel guilty

Dominoes is such a waste of money especially if your going to 'cheat' properly.

KFC all the way and don't forget the gravy!
