A diet for me
I was wonder if someone could post me a diet I could use Im trying to gain weight and muscle. I'm 6ft 1in and 160 lbs. I have alot of muscle already and I cant seem to put anymore on. I work out every week day for an hour at the gym doing different parts of my body and some cardo about every other day. I know for a fact i dont eat the right things so if someone could post me a diet i could stick to everyday that would be wonderful and the times to eat them.
