A fat loss diet shold consit of ?????

what do you think?? whats is the best kinda diet low carbs, low fat, high protein.

    a fat loss diet should consist of

    "an adequate amount macro nutrients to supply the body with enough energy to complete daily tasks, including training, work and reovery whilst low enough to force the body to use stores of fat through a calorie deficit below what is deemed your 'maintainace' level. this daily consumption should also support an intake of sufficient micronutrients to supply the body with all the required vitamins and minerals to sustain a healthy existance"

    whats is this level?

    depends on stats, activity levels, BMR, training etc etc

    when to eat this? whenver it fits in with your daily workload

    low carbs? maybe if you are a low activity kinda guy? no carbs? probably not?

    so many questions, so many ways round it, but ultimately a deficit must be created whether it be through diet, cardio or a combination of the two

    The diet isnt for me its for a girl who is just tryin to lose a bit of fat. ill organise the training for her am just not sure about the diet.

    impossible to guess a diet without seeing times, likes and dislikes, stats, activity levels and so on

    a diet for a 9-5 office worker with the same stats and goals of a night shift construction worker will differ so much that coming up with one is hard

    here thogh are some quality foods that provide quality macro and micro nutrients whilst keeping blood sugar levels fairly stable
