a fat loss diet should consist of
"an adequate amount macro nutrients to supply the body with enough energy to complete daily tasks, including training, work and reovery whilst low enough to force the body to use stores of fat through a calorie deficit below what is deemed your 'maintainace' level. this daily consumption should also support an intake of sufficient micronutrients to supply the body with all the required vitamins and minerals to sustain a healthy existance"
whats is this level?
depends on stats, activity levels, BMR, training etc etc
when to eat this? whenver it fits in with your daily workload
low carbs? maybe if you are a low activity kinda guy? no carbs? probably not?
so many questions, so many ways round it, but ultimately a deficit must be created whether it be through diet, cardio or a combination of the two
