What are the times of the meals? ? ?

You're low on healthy fats too.

The meals look fine, nice selections of proteins and carbs, but the EFAs need to be there too.

What are your stats? ? ?

The first meal would be at 6.00am when I get up and from then on a meal every 2.5-3 hours. Obviously the pre and post workout meals would depend on what time I train. What alterations would you make? Is this a good diet for putting on some mass?

Up the protein Pre workout with the banana.

PWO isn't the best and no PPWO is there.

PWO more protein, with carbs. (You can leave carbs out here if you wish but make sure you get them PPWO).

PPWO solid protein and carbs here.

Casein before bed on its own is fine, but add healthy fats, you need to increase EFA intake.

Where would you fit in the EFA's? Could I take a mixture of brazil nuts, walnuts and macadamia nuts to work and snack on them throughout the day or would you have them all at once before bed? What amount of protein would you suggest in a post workout meal? Any help would be appreciatted.

Spread the out during the day, dont just limit the EFAs to those food choices either.

Get omega 3s from flax oil, seeds, oily fish.

Protein PWO at least double that in my opinion.

    Dont like it mate.

It has 2 full solid meals in, thats not enough. You must try to base 2 thirds of your intake from solid 'real' food.

You could be drinking mass shakes and protein all day mate but wouldnt get big without the real food there.

Also post workout you should try fit a solid meal in, eg workout, then pwo shake then 45 mins later a meal, then 2-3 hours later have your casein or cottage cheese or tuna etc prior to bed.

Think 4 quality solid food meals delivering 200g of protein and 260g of carbs, then include two shakes with protein n carbs.
