A lil snak

Get some decent saussages, high protein - low carb obviously, cook them, chop 2 up into slices [put the others in the fridge and microwave when ur hungry again]. get a bowl put the hot slices in there add a few helpings of cottage cheese and spray loads of ketchup over it !
a nice weird looking snack !

I think its healthy, not sure -
BTW adding ketchup is good for people who dont quite like the taste of the cheese.

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with ketchup or any other sort of condiment providing you don't eat the whole bottle!
Food would be so boring without them!

People who put ketchup (we call it tomato sauce BTW - you learn something new everyday, LOL) on pasta should be burnt at the stake.

dermale, you say with pasta they should be burned, i guy i know, used to have ketchup in a huge dollop with lasagne and spag bols. What a freak, we abused him for it of course.

As for the meal above, the only good thing i see if the cottage cheese. Sausages are full of crap and bad fat, and ketchup has lots of sodium and sugar. If i am wrong i am sorry, but as far as i know, i aint.

i would rather ave chicken in it, and then grind some pepper on top, far better, but still would not eat that either.
