A question for all you techie/keep fit macro gurus

We had a discussion at work today about calories and stuff, random I know.
But how many calories do you reckon would be expended buy someone weighing circa 108kg pretty solidly built muscle wise if they walked at a fast rate for 10 miles? 🤔 Circa?

    That's about 2k calories for me each summer day 😮 no wonder I never grow 😬

    Yes it is mate this time of year, loads of grass cutting and winter it's tree work, cutting, logging and carrying lumps of timber..never need to do cardio me lol, just struggle to eat enough throughout the summer when all you can do is drink water 😬

    True story with the Huel. I can stomach one of those in the heat. Vanilla is best especially if it is iced down.
