A routine to blast my forearms.....

Just saw dirtyvests post in general about the doms he has in his forearms and it got me thinkin i need to take my forearms up a knotch in training and size. I do 15 mins of forearms at the end of my session 3 times a week consisting of wrist rolls and reverse rolls for the top of the forearm. Then some behind the back wrist rolls.
Although they have improved a bit and got a lot more vascular...i want proper forearms. Give me your killer forearm routines lads.
Thanks in advance...

Thick bar (at least 2") deadlifts and reverse barbell curls will give you some scary forearms. Do 3 sets of 5 reps of each.

king dont bother with wrist curls etc. thick bar work like frankie said works well add to add some mass. try hanging from the chinning bar with weight attatched as well

Ah yes the old fat man's hang - excellent! This really does give your forearms a bashing.

If you could try some of the reverse curls frankie suggested with the thick bar you would do well too, the harshest forearm session i ever had consisted of double overhand deadlifts and reverse curls witht a 2" thick bar.

    Good luck with it
