A weeks routine

ok ive got a weeks holiday coming up and seeing as i havnt planned anything in particula i thought id have a go at a shock routime, want some thoughts/feedback.....

gonna split the week up into 14 slots, 2 a day, 1 am and the other evening.
do 3 slots on 1 slot off, then at the end of the week have 3 slots off before turning into Monday.
in the afternoon, between workouts, go down to the beach, rest in the sun, and take it real easy...

slot 1. legs shoulders
slot 2 chest back
slot 3 arms, forearms
slot 4 rest
do abs and calves depending on how i feel on each slot

repeat slot 1 to 4

repeat slot 1 to 4

after sat am slot finished end of rountine
comments? too much? just for a week!
