AM cardio then weights?
What's the safest amount of time to wait after doing AM cardio?
For instance, I usually jog at 8:00am, for 1 hour, at 55%-75% HR. I take 5 grams of L-Glut and 5 grams of BCAA's before cardio, and 5 grams of L-Glut right after. Around 45 mins later, I have a small protein/fat meal (40g Pro/ 20g Fat @ 9:45).
If it's a weight training day, I usually lift after work, around 6-8pm. However, I don't work tomorrow, and had plans for later that night.
Is cardio at 8am then lifting at 1pm enough of a rest, or would it be somewhat pointless?
