AM training and breakfast...?

Normally i get up at 7 have shredded wheat and eggs (or a shake) and train around half 9 followed by a shake. Occasionally i get up at 6 and train at 6.30 if my day is non stop. Would i be better grabbing shake hitting the gym and grabbing breakfast after or should i squeeze in my breakfast before? Gym sessions last around an hour plus 20mins CV depending on the day.

Person dependant, if you've eaten carbs the night before then you'll be fine to skip breakfast carbs and have them after, although some people, I.e me, prefer pre workout carbs, usually oats and or shredded wheat.

But just have a protein shake, carbs the night before then have your breakfast after training, it'll be no big deal I would have thought, unless you feel it seriously effects your energy/strength during the session etc.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.
