AMOUNTS ?

When working out grams of protein and carbs do you go by lean body weight or total body weight ?

    I base it on total bodyweight regardless of BF%

    when working out protein, unless your are either end of the BF% spectrum i would suggest sticking to the 1.5g per lb of bodyweight

    IMO carb intake has very little to do with weight as a rule but activity levls and goals instead
