Ok cheers, just seeing if anyone had run it and noticed anything different. Apparently it has a longer half life so thought it may help keeping levels more stable.

New plans sound interesting mate, I give it a week before you're chasing maxes again though ;)

Meal prep on point, mine would look more like this at the moment :(

Ha! Ha! Nope. No maxes at all. Didn't even Deadlift first today! Might not even squat tomorrow and even thinking about doing Dumbbell bench instead of Barbell bench next week !

I still think some random training vids would be good to see how you implement this change on volume etc in reality, and I just like seeing you sweat. Nice work tho dude.

But ab work, why the ab work, have you ever seen me do ab work. You are bro to rule over all bros.

And Nandos for a last splurge... you're doing it wrong

OK, I might put the odd one up, if it's special. Ideally I'd like to take the 70kg bells for a ride on the incline before I wither away and get too weak!

The ab work is for a functional core and hopefully a stronger back. With my back issues, strengthening it's antoginist I hope will help. And it shows how weak I am on them. I can't do a straight leg raise (can only do them bent), I can hold a plank for about 30 sec, I can't ab wheel and no chance in hell could I do a sit up with arms behind my head. So maybe when the "powerlifting bro's" (I've learnt they exist) say all you need is squats and deads for a strong core, well I'm sorry I don't agree.

I had a Nandos gift card for Christmas so it was a welcomed cheap outing. I did do it properly though. And icecream for later.

I think you will have a strong core you're just now training them in a way you aren't used to. Training abs actually made my back probs worse, it very much depends on the cause. If anything I would just go with core work tho, it's very rare to have genuinely weak abs as they are working almost all the time...

Legs, Shoulders, Traps and a bit of Arms

Good session. Knee is not right though. Pain on heavy sets, like a crunching noise. Had to really limit leg press and squats weight wise (so did tempo and paused work instead) . First time doing reverse hack squat and mug better in my knee. I was surprised how much weight I could shift being my first time.

Shoulders got a rediculous pump. Static hold SLR's and I couldn't lift my arms up after.

Life as a bro is still going well. Day 3 today and am adjusting niceley. Food today is Oats, Whey, Milk, Chicken and Rice and has gone down a treat.

This is my mindset right now

But, tomorrow that all changes and I become a paleo, Gluten -free, keto eating crossfitter.

Onwards. To victory !

Been docs today and have got a referral to physio at hospital for my knee. The start. Here's to weeks of waiting.
Hopefully I'll get someone fairly knowledgeable.
