Thanks ox .. i think ive sorted that, not really done much you tube stuff. IYour vids have been very inspiring so thought id start a collection of my own. Really want to also start working on some form tweaks too and vid analysis is a good tool to have.

Not long at all really mate. i've got a giant thick bottomed preserving pan i used in the past to make jams and chutneys etc so put it to good use. took a normal weighed out meal and extrapolated the numbers for multiple portions.
 
3kgs of mince with onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes and mushrooms made into a giant spagbol and 2.5 kgs of chicken breast, with onions, peppers and fresh pineapple with some chilli sauce. Carb portions were easy to work out just divided equally. 
once the veg is chopped, takes exactly the same time as a normal meal, bar the portioning out.
 
Another plus is reduced washing up!

I can see they have some of the power shoes in the sale and I'm very tempted. I showed the missus and she hates them, so that threw a spanner in the works. Plus the colour I wanted aren't in my size... We shall see.

thank you kind sir. It was actually trimmed not too long ago, it's now quite short at about 3". I dread to think how many chins are hiding beneath the undergrowth lol

Surely by not having them your risking serious metatarsal discombobulation leading to an adverse irregular gait which would affect your biphasic forward propulsion in everyday life? Good luck with the convincing! :)

Saturday watched lion king with my daughter then went and did some late afternoon cardio.

30min foam rolling and stretching first then 30min fast incline walking. Speed 6 incline 7. So unfit. I was doing so much cardio in the suc last year, and only been a month, but really felt it. Knees to build this up again.

Very happy with last 4 days have been all flexible dieting and stayed within calorie range. Macros have been adjusted but not worrying about that seriously yet. Just glad I'm feeling content with no urges.

Sunday weigh in 144.2kg! 30 December I was 151kg! Very pleased with that. My body must have been holding on to so much sh!t it just didn't need and I could easily have been eating 5000-6000 kcals a day. Going to have an excellent week, then will have a bit of cheat day before suc pics are taken(just to play the game of course)

Was feeling very up for lifting today! The mobility stuff yesterday sorted out all my aches and pains and woke up(10 hour kip!) amped for a big session

some squat vids. need to find a better way to record these. i balanced my phone on a leg curl so i was technically taking up 2 pieces of equipment .. i hate guys like that!

Good lifting and also loving the food prep. I'm a fan of flexible dieting for the same reasons as you, if I try and stay too strict I inevitably veer of track and beat myself up about it, followed by a bunch more bad food!
