On the same latitude but I hug the coast on the A12 so quite far in reality.

A most beautiful campsite between Aldeburgh and Southwold. In the shadow of sizewell power station. Radiation Brain fuzz garunteed!

Wanted to ask you about M1T mate...would you not suggest I try it in my next blast? I was toying with running another oral for 4-6 week as I start my blast then M1T to end the blast as I peak my lifts...thoughts.
Oh also probably adding EQ in next time.

Never done Eq so can't comment on that.

M1T.. Don't put it at the end of your cycle, if you're going to run it put it in the beginning when your body is at its healthiest and hasn't just had a long blast to deal with. It's a fantastic drug but it is big boy stuff as it seriously fvcks you up ! But the gains are immense.

You haven't run an oral before so I wouldn't recommend it but tbh, you're on the sauce now proper so no point delaying the inevitable. End of the day, it's fast acting and you can stop if you feel untoward. My M1t was a UGL and 20mg a day was crazy, I couldn't walk more then 5 feet without debilitating back pumps (still got half a pot of this left). Think BC do a 7.5mg tab which I'm going to try and see if 15mg is a better dose. Newcy ran it before I believe.

Arm is feeling good. Exercises I was given seem to be helping . Manged to put a decent load through it today. Noticeable inflammation afterwards but that goes by morning.

Next week i hope to start rehabbing the knee properly. I've only been doing some light straight leg raises each night. Also going to get a TENS Machine (or similar) as have ready they can massively speed up recovery. But going to take it slow.

The chosen one returns. Balance has been restored. Peace reigns across the galaxy.
Pain free SLR's were done! I could actually grip the dumbbell!

Away this weekend so taking next 3 days off gym. That calls for a proper beasting and beasting was had. Powered by home made golden syrup flapjacks and half a kilo of skyr. Going back to low carb next week so enjoying the high volume while I can. Nearly 3 hours of volume.

Nothing of note besides some deadlifts. Pulled off 1 block and knee coped well. Also did some light speed pulls from the floor and knee held out fine too.

Quick question for you bud, because I know you count cals.

When you work out your plans do you do it from raw ingredients (ie. 100g rice or 100g raw chicken = x cals) and then just eat whatever it amounts to, or do you just work out according to cooked figures (ie. 100g cooked chicken = <x cals.)

Thursday is me day!

I drop my daughter at school at 8, take dog for a walk, the go for a have a nice coffee and do some interneting, and then stroll to the gym.. Today I skipped the coffee. Trust me I have no time most of the time. That why I gym really late at night normally.

Everything is from raw except chicken. Chicken is always cooked and then weighed (I don't really eat breast anymore as thighs kick boobs arse in every way!)
