Looking good in the vids too. Squats moving nicely.

As for KFC... I chop and change on what I like, and as you've said, sadly there is no consistency between stores. One positive thing I will say about McDonalds, is that no matter where you go, they're very consistent with the product. As you know, my go to keto snack is multiple bunless DC's, and they are always the same.

KFC I do like the mini fillet strips, and I like it on the bone too. I was a fan of the double down, but sadly that is now off the menu.

It is mate.. I’m changing things a bit next week.. I’m going to experiment on pure carnivore for a week. I’ve read some good things about people dropping useless fat but maintaining and even building muscle (even a New Zealand All Black rugby player has gone full carnivore and he says it’s the best thing he’s done.).

I do like my veg tho and am going to have 1 day of veg a week.

I stocked up today.

1.5kgs ribeye
2.5kgs 12% beef mince
2kgs pork shoulder
1kg lamb chops
1kg bacon
48 extra large free range eggs
500g salmon
500g butter
7 litres Gold Top full fat milk.

Just drooling ready this. Foodporn.

Keep on training...

2 days in. Diet is going very well. I feel great. Meat eggs, cheese and gold top milk.

Some bum talk.
I thought the lack of veg would bung me up but no it’s stimulated some hefty clear outs yesterday. Today completely different, small and really easy, like every bit of nutrient has been used.

Today was not heavy but it was beastly. Almost died on each set, heart rate through the roof.

Rowing I did some extending intervals.. trying to build up my VO2 capacity and increase output when fatigued.. ie get fitter.. fvck my life.. that Rower will be the thing that either breaks me or makes me. It’s ability to metabolically stress your body in such a short period of time is crazy.. i really want to do an interval HIT workout fresh one day. I’m looking into the science of Rowing and performance improvements. Such an excellent bit of kit, I’d like one at home tbh

Rowing pace is fluctuating but consistent. Good session. Being in Cambridge I'm surrounded by bloody rowers
