2 days in. Diet is going very well. I feel great. Meat eggs, cheese and gold top milk.

I thought the lack of veg would bung me up but no it’s stimulated some hefty clear outs yesterday. Today completely different, small and really easy, like every bit of nutrient has been used.
Today was not heavy but it was beastly. Almost died on each set, heart rate through the roof.
Rowing I did some extending intervals.. trying to build up my VO2 capacity and increase output when fatigued.. ie get fitter.. fvck my life.. that Rower will be the thing that either breaks me or makes me. It’s ability to metabolically stress your body in such a short period of time is crazy.. i really want to do an interval HIT workout fresh one day. I’m looking into the science of Rowing and performance improvements. Such an excellent bit of kit, I’d like one at home tbhHang Clean & Strict Press
