Changed things up again. Back to a fullbody split. Back to physio I go for my knee in a few weeks too

34 sets in that last session mate. I can't do more than 12 without itching to get out of the gym nowadays.

Do you do splits or fullbodys? I find Splits wheee you focus on one muscle group and annihilate it tedious. Much prefer fullbodys where everything get a few sets. Keeps it interesting

Yeah, splits mate. Been doing that for ages now so I think it's time for a change.

It’s been fine as I haven’t done legs in weeks bar deadlifts. I think that’s the secret to a pain free existence !

Are you still doing your long walks too? I always wondered how much, considering your 150kg of gloriousness, that would impact on the knee

Ahem 148.1 this morning !

Yes still doing about 10-15k steps a day.

Considering the knee takes three times body weight per step when walking apparently so each step is 444kg, doing 10k steps a day each knee takes 2.2million kilos of pressure! lol

But my knee is completely healthy and functioning as long as it doesn’t go past 60° Soon as it gets past that quarter squat point is where I have issues. Stairs aren’t good but going up is better then coming down weirdly

Ironic as quarter depth squats are probably why most gym rats never have knee issues.
