lol! Cheers mate. Yeh I don’t like putting sweaty socks in my oly shoes so when I Bench first, it’s flops, then swap to olys for squats then trainers for rest of the session!

Can’t beat a good Nando’s! And I like to drink about 6 litres of Coke Zero on the refillables lol get my moneys worth!

Your volume would kill me.

My 18yr old Son who is now training with me has lost 33kg on keto since September, though he's still got around 30kg to lose. Hopefully he'll nail it by Easter and get down to below 90kg. He's doing cardio and weights, around 5 sessions of each per week.

Always enjoy reading your journal mate (and DV's).

Well jelly of the 10 hour sleep. That's like 2 nights for me.

Plenty of volume as usual. Enjoy that well earned rest day.

So your daughter doesn't call you Animal then? I thought that was your name? I'm quite shocked she got bored of Mario Kart so quickly, thats prob one of the best games ever made. The kids of today.

That’s incredible mate. I remember you telling me about him a couple months back.

Ketos not magic. What’s magic is finding something sustainable and it obviously suits him very well.

he’s young too .. is he having much issue with excess skin given he’s done it so fast?

Thanks mate appreciate it

I am sleeping so well at the moment and I’ve noticed a def improvement in my mood and general outlook. Maybe connected.. I still get up to pee 2-3 times a night but I can do the route to the bathroom with my eyes closed.. take one little peak of the bowl to set my aim, then use the water as feedback for position of the stream. Then I retrace my steps. Keeping my eyes shut really helps get back off quickly ! No accidents yet!

It does feel like a treat when you get a long kip in .. Some people feel groggy if they sleep too long.. those people are weird and should not be trusted!

Tbh she hasn’t played it pretty much everyday since Christmas! I agree, although I do like classic Mario. Need to get it for the switch but did not bank on how much games are! Christ !

I can def notice a difference in top end strength when cals are low. But I’m in a dropping phase. But yeh it’s nice to be able to bench over double body weight while eating nothing, midway through a cruise! I need to add 52.5kgs to it though.

I think you’re taller then me, I’m 6.3

08/01/19

24 hour fast yesterday. Felt great actually, really back in the swing of this. Only 1000kcals before bed. Steak, Eggs and butter.

Today 16 hour fast. Lunch was Feta and olive salad with EVOO, 16 chicken wings dipped in Caesar mayo Dinner is steak eggs and butter with a dark choc fat bomb.

90min Kung Fu then gym. Cut volume as beginning of the week will always be down on fuel.

Got a really tight lower back too, and yoga wasn’t the most fun

Also I dropped triceps today. I haven’t been training biceps for a while as my left arm tendinitis is really bad and it just won’t get better. It’s to the point where it’s affecting day to day. I may even drop back training completely if it doesn’t sort out soon. And I’ve tried everything. Massage, flossing, graston, compression, heat, cold. So the last thing will be complete elimination of anything that makes my arm curl.

This will teach me for ignoring it and training through the pain through November and December!!

Have you ever considered BPC-157 (peptide) for your tendonitis?

Sexy spider women... all my dreams coming true

The problem, as I see it, is that you ONLY trained thru it for 2 months. You have to train thru an injury for a good 12 months to actually force it to sort itself out If 20+ years training has taught me nothing else, I have learned that one LOL
