That’s incredible mate. I remember you telling me about him a couple months back.

Ketos not magic. What’s magic is finding something sustainable and it obviously suits him very well.

he’s young too .. is he having much issue with excess skin given he’s done it so fast?

Thanks mate appreciate it

Thanks mate. Yes he's taken to keto like a duck to water. The missus has lost 2 stones as well so she's happy. I've lost nothing but I can pretty much fill my face with food I wouldn't have dreamt to eat a few months ago and still stay around the same weight so I'm happy. Cholesterol is through the roof though. He has got some excess skin though as he's young I'm hoping over time it will shrink more but if not I'll pay for him to have surgery. Would sell my kidneys to help my kids lol.

Have you ever considered BPC-157 (peptide) for your tendonitis?

I did in the past. Kaneda recommended it to me. But then my issues sorted but I may have to look into it it and try source. It’s the worst it’s ever been. Can’t even brush my teeth without pain in that arm. I’ll see what complete arm training elimination does and go from there

The problem, as I see it, is that you ONLY trained thru it for 2 months. You have to train thru an injury for a good 12 months to actually force it to sort itself out If 20+ years training has taught me nothing else, I have learned that one LOL

2nd day of very sore, tight lower back. I think it’s down to the SUMO pulls I did Sunday. I went straight to a challenging weight without building up and they were very back dominant. Need to make sure these stay sub 100kg and work on position.

Cardinal sin when I got in after putting my daughter to bed I went and had a lie down. Next thing I’m unconscious and snoring, wake up at 8.20 groggy and feeling like shyte. But I can’t lift tomorrow so I had to get my session in tonight so I had a clever idea of double dosing some Warriors rage preworkout under the tongue with a slurp if water (didn’t even premix it coz I’m ‘ard!) then I remember it’s just gone half 8 at night! Fvck sake I’m going to be up all night!

What do you think you have done to the bicep then mate? Is it tendon related? Does it hurt when you turn the wrists?

Decent sessions though mate.

You will always be bro... at least while the bicep issues continue lol

Yes tendonitis. The distal tendon. Pain is from mid forarm to the insertion point of the bicep. I can Hammer grip curl but anything supinated(turning wrists) is unbareable

5mile fasted power walk yesterday. Heavy kungFu training in evening.

This morning woke up and felt great! Warming up the squat felt fantastic and worked up to a very easy 160kg! 100kgs to go! First time putting a belt back on in probably a year. I’m 5 belt holes down from where I was so a good 5 inches!

Bench tho felt heavy. Pressing steadily going back down now I’m in full blown deficit and not a gram of glycogen in me(that I haven’t made myself)

Going to start doing more core work. Never ever focused on it, I have to do sit ups at kung Fu which kill me and I it will help my overall fitness and lifting.

Cardio took the sprints to speed 17mph on the treadmill. Call me Usain.
