For starters, Rad... having a digger gives you the perfect support for a heavy bag, no strapping it on to beams in a rickety old outhouse full of spiders, just attach it to the arm and hoist it up. You could even make your own now, a decent sized sack and fill it turf.

Rad .. ffs man! Make a plan

How bout this. You never know who’s going to be renting a caravan and or wander on sight do you ? So obvs your business need some security just in case.. but again, why hire someone when you can be the muscle? And of course any security person needs to be able to train to handle themselves .. hence the bag is a business requirement!

You can buy empty canvas bags on amazon for about £20 and then fill them with old clothes/ bags etc and DV’s idea of hanging it on the digger is genius. You can also use it for weighted carries and clean and presses get your sweat on!

Passed my Grading and got my green Sash tonight! Very happy. All the hard work I’ve put in and I’m about a year ahead of where most people are who started at same time. Ive only been training for 16months and I’m half way through the curriculum to black although the time between sashes are extended now I go to a class 2-3times a week and I do my own home training for about 20-30min a day (mainly forms and wooden dummy training). Just shows what i can do if i put consistent work in! At some point I’d like to try an intense period of KF training and do 6 days a week and see what improvements can be made but that would mean cutting back on gym time.

Tonight was a quick light session. I needed it tbh as everything felt so damn heavy!

I assumed you knew who Hong Kong Phuey was even with your youth not being spent over here. You'll always be drawn to training heavy... and TBH, I don't find volume particularly fun all the time either just so bloody exhausting LOL

Great result on the grading. I would love to fast forward and see how far you go with this.

Nice change up as well, I always enjoy switching routines up. A change is as good as a rest and all that.

He’s a yank! Made by that Hannah Barbara company!

Yes back in the colonies, under the old regime, thatcher and her gov prevented lots of programs being sold to our broadcasters.. we had BBC Prime in the early 90’s which replayed all the old school stuff but that’s only coz my dad got a sattelite dish!

But the Americans would sell us anything!
