Accomodation in Amsterdam

Going for a couple of nights from 11th - 14th July. We stayed in the Hotel Manofa last time and it was pretty good, but it's full for the time we want! can anyone recommend any cheap, clean hotels/hostels?

Cheers

    how much is that hotel?

i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

our accomodation was literally 10 minutes from the red light district, and 5 minutes from everything else really.

You can either pick up the keys for accomodation at there office or meet someone at the accomodation you booked.
cost about 20 euro to meet them at your accomodation iirc

Couple of years ago I stayed at the hotel Kabul, right in the centre (walking distance from the station) and 25 euros per night bed and breakfast. Nowt to right home about but I would stay there again.

last time i went to amsterdam (a few years ago ) i stayed at a pub called dirty nellies (sp), which is just off the main square by the train station. it's more of a hostel than a hotel, but it was quite cheap and not too far from the red light area

i stayed in a hotel not far from the centre, ive forgot the name but it was ok
it was basic to say the least though

one thing though, if your big you'll love having a poo

two of our lot had to sit with the door open, leaning out onto the corridor when they went as they couldnt shut the door, luckily we were the only ones on the floor
i just managed and i was only 15 odd stone

I stayed at the Hans Brinker hostel. Nice enough, do good food and have a club in the basement if like me you went to hard to quickly and needed familiar surroundings.
