Achilles Injury - any advice? ? ?

Hi all, how are we? ? ?

Just wondered if any of you have had an achilles injury and how you dealt with it? ? ?

I was jogging on the treadmill the other day and i got off and the next morning BOTH of my achilles tendons about 1 inch up from the bottom of my foot, hurt when i walk, i tried to run but i couldn't. I have taken yesterday and today off from any activity like that, but it still hurts when i walk.

Just wondered any advice? ? ? I feel so lazy when i don't do any training.

Thanks all

Gaz.

proabably your soleous the lower part of your calves are really tight, just try stretching it off .. remember RICE rest, ice, compression and elevation...

Right oh mate, thanks for that, don't want to sound lazy but i probably won't do any cardio of any sort for the rest of the week, just to let the problem hopefully go down.
