Depends on how long he has been training and to what intensity really.
Also whether he is using gear or not and how much food he eats.
Basicly push your self to the max is the one way to ensure hypertrophy, whilst making sure all movments are clean weight isn't the key issue.
If you think you need to drop two: Inc Fly & Inc BB Press...
Chest and bicep is a weird split.. do you mean they are on same day right if so where does the bicep work come in?
