Add in h/drol to existing cycle

Hi guys
I'm running epi + x tren cycle at the moment, 6wks Epi 30mg ed Xtren 120 mg ed,on this for past 3wks.I've lost a lot of belly fat and firming up nicely all over especially shoulders, legs and chest.I'd like to add in H/drol to lengthen cycle and lean up even more, would there be a problem with this????

I'm also throwing in some Proviron 50mg ed through to end of pct which will be Clomid maybe nolver not tried that yet plus C/D,11 Test etc.

If i can add in H/drol what would be the best way to run the cycle etc??

Cheers Guys Samurai.

When are you looking to add in the h-drol?  At the same time as taking epi and x-tren?

H-drol is methylated, as is epi.  I wouldn't run both together

Hi Daari,Was thinking to bridge it,say wks1-6 epi wks 5-12 H/drol and keep X-tren at 120mg throughout +proviron to keep it lean and keep up labido.

Train 3 days a wk, cardio 3 days straight after work out seems to be working so far.will also use clen to keep my matabalism up.diets still a little bit off but i'm loosing bodyfat while keeping muscle and weight.

I think the H/drol will complement the cycle, any advice or options welcome.

    hmm.  How about

    Weeks 1-5 = epi at 30mg
    weeks 5-9 = h-drol at 75mg
    weeks 1-9 = x-tren at 120mg

With the 1 week crossover, that'd be 5 weeks on each methyl.  X-tren's effectiveness seems to decrease with extended runs,  judging from anecdotal feedback, 8 weeks max (although 9, like in this case is fine)

    Cheers Daari,

That looks pretty good to me,i'll order the H/drol now.I ran H/drol before( many moons ago )at 100mg ed for 6wks i found it to be a very useful cutting compound hence wanting to use it again now.I may bump it up to 100mg after a couple of weeks to see if the extra dose makes much differance,it should!!

    Many thanks SAMURAI!

on the one week crossover I would keep to 75mg with the h-drol.  You can bump it up after that

If you've used h-drol at 100mg then you may also need to up the epi to 40mg.  Start at 30mg and increase should the need arise

Yea the same thought crossed my mind but i have just got enough epi to complete the 1-5 at 30mg so will have to stick with that, the rest is in the bag so to speak. Cheers

Do you really need such a long cycle in the first place? Recovery will be compromised inordinately with this approach and gains will not come so easy later on in most cases.

Hi P-N,   i wanted to have a longer run at it.My last cycle of Pheraplex + H/Roid put alot of body fat  as well as muscle on and i've had alot of trouble loosing  it( the body i mean) I gain bodyfat very easily i've had injury problems aswell hence the longer run of cutting compounds. It's going well at the moment so am extending with the h/drol as above.

It dose'nt help that injury's don't allow for long periods of cardio, i do as much as i can after training, also i'm nearly 54 another small setback.

I hope that explains it ok,i've got masses of PCT so all in all i should be ok.  SAMURAI!

Ok i've read the artical in full, i can see the benifits of running shorter cycles on certain products. But as i'm useing epi/h-drol which are concidered by most to be mild DS/PHs i would have thought i was in the right length of cycle to get the best from these products. The usual recomended time for both these products is 4-6wks so as i'm going with Daari and his suggestion of cycle 9wks total i believe i'm on safe ground. So far i've not had many sides with the many products i've used over the past 3yrs i've been very lucky apart from the usual pumps, cramps etc virtually no sides at all.I have run some high doses in the past
with no real problems so i expect this to be a breeze.
I always do my homework or ask the question of those who know better.

I'm not planning any future cycles at the moment i just want to keep what i have and get rid of some more bodyfat for my hols in Oct.If you have any further coments or advice please advise!!!!

If anybody else wishes to coment please post!!!

There is no doubt a longer cycle will lead to better gains while you are on but will 9 weeks on followed by say 18 weeks off do better for you than 5 on 10 off 4 on 8 off (same total length spent on)?

Which will be better for blood lipid levels?
What about liver enzyme counts? I have seen GGT 4 times above the high end of the normal range after just 3 weeks of M1T use (admittedly a very harsh steroid). How will yours look after 9 weeks of methylated products?

Just watch your health my friend and good luck!

Yeah i hear what your saying, after my last cycle of 30MG PHERAPLEX 120 MG T/ROID i had a full blood test done by my  doctor, they checked just about everthing that can be done with a blood test.Everything was better than fine, my colestal was down to 4.5,the test showed all my internall organs etc where doing lower measurements than the last check so i'm pretty happy to push the boat out a bit harder now and again.

Thanks for your time and concern but i am very good at reading my body,so heres to the future!!

Hi guys,I went in to ask for a colestral test, told her i can't get to the wellman clinic they run due to my work load etc.I asked useing my best charm and whit if she could take enough blood to keep a vampire happy and do a full test checking all my vital bits.

She filled in a form ticked all the boxes and i went straight up the hospital, they took the blood and i got the results about a week later. As i said all the results were lower than i expected. The nurse read out the results over the phone and said i was in very good health for my age.

I don't know how deep they delv into each test or what they test for exactly but all was good for me!!!!

I' sorry if thats a bit long winded but that's what happend.
