RE: Adding muscle with out excess fat
I prefer slightly more fats and less carbs. Curently running a split of 40:40:20 p/c/f purely because my bowel problems are responding well to having less fibre in my diet (from the carbs). Is it right, perfect, who knows but it works for me and that's what it's all about!!
