Hehehehe, thats is where I posted it mate, someone moved it and I am not sure why! Maybe some folk don't want to admit they are using!
My training is focused on strength covering what you mentioned, just wanted the opinions of Strongmen/Powerlifters. I know EvertonFC is a strongman and has posted in TAOS, but no one else is willing to be so open!!
