Adjusting training for strength.

I have seen some posts on the TAOS forum and other sites by strength guys about Test Susp and dbol, etc, and was wondering how or if you change your routine when on cycle?

I am starting a new cycle soon and have strength as my main goal. Do you drop your reps to singles and just do more sets, trying to get PBs each week, or keep your routine the same?

Cheers.

    should post in training section.

i personally do everything on the gear! heavy sets, light burnouts etc etc. need to shock the muscles into growth. if you just want to lift more, then there are better suited meds out there than test, dbol

Hehehehe, thats is where I posted it mate, someone moved it and I am not sure why! Maybe some folk don't want to admit they are using!

My training is focused on strength covering what you mentioned, just wanted the opinions of Strongmen/Powerlifters. I know EvertonFC is a strongman and has posted in TAOS, but no one else is willing to be so open!!
