get a good whey supplement: www.sports-nutrition.net

Creatine is also a good option. Go with monohydrate+sugar, or CEE. Available cheeply from: www.myprotein.co.uk (they also sell whey btw)

I don’t know much but I think you need some energizers. Well, I use Muscle Tech Pump Tech 200 Caps to as a support. You can try it if you want. My trainer has advised me to take it. when we do extensive exercises we lose a lot of energy so we need supplements to replace the loss energy. i'm sending you snap of the medicine.

How about your diet, supplements are just that, if your diet is crap then no ammount of supplementation wil give you the results, you need to get your food right, post is int he right section and those who know will help you workout your diet.

    agree

also, that supplement from muscletech is not worth the cash. Very expensive for what you get

I was looking into that and it does seem a little expensive for what it is
