I joined a Gym about 2 months ago and I go 3 times a week.
What Iâ€™m looking for is to lose about 10KG and build muscle.
I started at 91Kg and now Iâ€™m at 85KG Iâ€™m 5'11" so Iâ€™m not really fat,
I have a bit of a beer belly and man boobs and I want to lose them and tone up.
What I normally do in the gym is this.
1st: cross trainer 20 minutes, intervals (setting on machine) started off at resistance 5 on 8/9 now
2nd: Rowing machine resistance 10 for 2000 meters
3rd: Bike for 10 minutes at resistance 10
Then I go to the weights,
I do different things each day; the average weight I lift is 40 KG
Then I do about 60 sit ups.
Then swimming for about 100 meters.
Any tips in increase weight lose quicker?
and tone the muscles as well.
