Advice needed

I joined a Gym about 2 months ago and I go 3 times a week.
What I’m looking for is to lose about 10KG and build muscle.
I started at 91Kg and now I’m at 85KG I’m 5'11" so I’m not really fat,

I have a bit of a beer belly and man boobs and I want to lose them and tone up.

What I normally do in the gym is this.
1st: cross trainer 20 minutes, intervals (setting on machine) started off at resistance 5 on 8/9 now
2nd: Rowing machine resistance 10 for 2000 meters
3rd: Bike for 10 minutes at resistance 10

Then I go to the weights,
I do different things each day; the average weight I lift is 40 KG

Then I do about 60 sit ups.

Then swimming for about 100 meters.

Any tips in increase weight lose quicker?

and tone the muscles as well.

Thanks

you dont mention your diet mate, you seem to be doin enough cardio. so it must be your diet that is letting you down. Muscle gain will help lose fat as the more muscle you have the more your body using calories at rest. So compund movements will help you get the muscle bench press, deadlift, squat and press and clean. add some rows for your back and your done.

But diet is the key post in the nutrition section to get some help with your diet.

I dont really have a set Diet, I'm a very very very picky eater and theres alot of food i dont like and cant eat, OK i'll do a normal day a week day so i would be in work.

7 am: Breakfast : bowl of cornflakes. mike and suger on them
11 am: small break. Tea milk 3 sugars, and 2 toast
1 Pm: luach, Brown bread Sandwich with ham and cheese, again tea, Banana . (sometimes a packet of chrisps, not always)

6 Pm dinner, mostly potato's and a meat, thats mainly it. I dont like Veg.

    any tips?

    Increase the swimming ..........

I find it is the best way to lose weight and tone up your physique, it is also relaxing and less stressful than sweating on a running machine etc........

its kinda hard to be a bodybuilder or even have a decent body if your extremely picky.

    What about eggs ?
    Protien shakes
    Oats?
    Chicken?
    Sweet potatos?
    Brown rice?
    Wholemeal food pasta etc?

on the diet you posted your gonna gain hardly any muscle if any, and struggle to lose any fat. 5-6 small meals a day. out of the foods above if you can manage it mate. If not take a look at some foods you like and see whether they contain too much fat etc.

You need to be eating 40%40%20% carbs protien fat or thereabouts. Get your diet sorted and you`ll be 80% there mate.

do you like any veg at all ? i like broccli and colliflower with chicken for a low carb high protien meal. Or add a sweet potato to add some carbs.

    good luck.
