RE: Advice needed on routine
sorry lads didnt explain properly, lack of time when posting earlier.
Im not training for bodybuilding, more for the sports i do, judo, american football and running.
in the past when i have trained it has been more of the bodybuilding approach, im now looking for more strength gains and functionality in the sport. Ive been looking at the olympic lifts for a while now and have been playing around trying to learn the technique.
Rob as far as training shoulders i find i cant hit them hard enough when i train them with chest, also i am looking at changing my routine but i must keep a 3 day split due to commitments.
just looking for a basic olympic routine that i can play around with, mainly concerned with sets and reps.
