Advice on Leg Training for Mass

Im looking for some advice on a good leg routine to build mass, especially advice from those that suffer with knee problems.
I have dislocated both my right knee (3yrs ago) and my left knee (2yrs ago), this has resulted in lack of size in my quads as a result of isolating the knee for long periods of time (muscle wasting due to no stimulation). i have been training them to some degree however im not seeing the gains i would like to.
Currently i do
4x 8-10 Leg press
4x 8-10 squat (only 80kg)
4x 10 lying leg curls
6 sets seated or standing calf

Did include leg extensions but isolates the knee too much

Any ideas appreciated folks

    Squats, presses and stiff leg deads are best.
