Advice on my current diet, much appreciated!

Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong section!

Just looking for a bit of advice on my current diet etc as I have just started less then month ago. I have put on just over half a stone since i stated,

My diet is just scrambled together from things I've found online and recipes other people eat etc.
i weigh 71kg, 6'3 height.

i have added all my foods together to get 380g carbs (seems very high) 70g fat, 255g protein
3.3k cals

morning i will have weetabix minis, banana, x2 scrambled eggs, 1 scoop choc protein shake + water
then go to gym
soon as i get back i will have 1 scoop protein shake + 3 cup oates + 450ml milk + 2 eggs
beans on toast (x2 wholemeal bread)
and as a snack i'll have tuna, sweetcorn and pepper sandwich

for tea it is 250g chicken breast fillet with 125g rice

I am thinking of putting the beans on toast with the breakfast as a pre-workout so all the carbs are there before workout and then maybe doing 10-15 min cardio

now I have stuff I can eat to get the calories up. I believe I am getting enough protein for what is needed from me but I just feel the carbs is very high. Is this bad? I am bulking of course and when it comes to cutting can remove all the high carb meals from my diet

have only been doing this 3 weeks or so, any tips greatly appreciated

thanks all

Macros look fine but you could use more veg/fibre IMO.

Carbs are fine, but as always you just need to stick with it a while and adjust.

Good luck 🙂

255g of protein is pretty high for 71kg.  Is that all your food?  If so, it doesn't look like 255g of protein, more like sub 200g (which is still plenty).
As your trying to gain, just keep eating until you start gaining too much.
And your carbs don't seem high.

This.
Unless it's 4 tins of beans at a time lol.
I'd also spread it out. That seems like a chore to eat in the one sitting and would struggle.
Weigh all your food mate.
Add it up and see how much you are actually getting in as that does not add up at all

I think you're on the right track. You have plenty there to help you keep up with your daily regimen.

If you have any problems, don't be afraid to adjust this. good luck! :)

Thanks for the posts

I have double checked the number according to what I scanned on myfitnesspal and it is correct. All the portions are correct and I scanned it off the barcodes

**** the app.
You have it in front of you. Weigh and measure your food. Those apps are inconsistent at best

I'm not an expert by any means but I would agree with Kaneda and say that although the macros look good, I'd be wanting to add more fruit/veg into there for the micronutrient content. Perhaps even substitute some of the other carbs for veg to keep everything fairly similar, but you might have to eat more greens to get the calories to agree.
