Advice on my current diet, much appreciated!
Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong section!
Just looking for a bit of advice on my current diet etc as I have just started less then month ago. I have put on just over half a stone since i stated,
My diet is just scrambled together from things I've found online and recipes other people eat etc.
i weigh 71kg, 6'3 height.
i have added all my foods together to get 380g carbs (seems very high) 70g fat, 255g protein
morning i will have weetabix minis, banana, x2 scrambled eggs, 1 scoop choc protein shake + water
then go to gym
soon as i get back i will have 1 scoop protein shake + 3 cup oates + 450ml milk + 2 eggs
beans on toast (x2 wholemeal bread)
and as a snack i'll have tuna, sweetcorn and pepper sandwich
for tea it is 250g chicken breast fillet with 125g rice
I am thinking of putting the beans on toast with the breakfast as a pre-workout so all the carbs are there before workout and then maybe doing 10-15 min cardio
now I have stuff I can eat to get the calories up. I believe I am getting enough protein for what is needed from me but I just feel the carbs is very high. Is this bad? I am bulking of course and when it comes to cutting can remove all the high carb meals from my diet
