As you can see it's a bit of a mess at the moment, I've tried to include foods that are most accessible to me at the time.

Im 25 and my routine involves weight and interval training at the gym mon/wed/fri, football on Thursday and a long run Saturday or Sunday

Any advice on alterations are welcome!

    Hi mate.

Have a look at this link...

    http://www.mealplansite.com/sports-bodybuilding-lose-fat.aspx

thanks, just a couple of questions on this meal plan

    1. Can chicken by swapped for a cheaper source of protein, ie whey in water?
    2. The breakfast says 3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, whats the best way of doing this? with normal eggs? also would 2 normal eggs instead make much difference?
    3. on non training days, should anything be taken after 3pm and before 7.30pm?

1 - Yes, just dont rely too much on whey.

2 - You could make an omelette from the whites and the yolk.

On non-training days you lose pre workout and PWO, yes.

but how do you get 3 whites and 1 yolk? does it mean using 3 eggs and tipping out the whites?

    Yes, that would be ok.

Would be a little more fat, but not a great deal of difference.
